This simple and delicious blend of fresh herbs and apples is the perfect daily afternoon smoothie for weight loss. Add ½ cup of ice if you like your smoothies cold and slushy.
1/2 cup unfiltered organic apple juice
1/4 frozen banana
1/4 cup fresh holy basil leaves
1 Tbs. chia seeds
Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Drink immediately.
