Serve this tangy dip with crudités, Buffalo wings, or grilled sliced baguettes-any way it’s a winner!
6 oz. Point Reyes Original Raw-milk Blue Cheese, divided
1 cup low-fat sour cream
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 heaping Tbs. snipped fresh chives
1/2 tsp. minced fresh tarragon
Grind of black pepper
Combine 4 oz. blue cheese, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce in food processor, and pulse to blend until fairly smooth. Transfer to bowl, and stir in remaining blue cheese, chives, tarragon, and pepper. Chill several hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend.
