Mango, when combined with whey protein and yogurt, turn a simple smoothie into a tangy tropical delight. Also try with coconut yogurt.
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (or protein powder of your choice)
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 cup frozen mango chunks
Stevia (or honey) to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for one minute. Enjoy!
