Makes about 1 (2 oz.) shot
1 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
1 large clove garlic, juiced or minced
½ lemon, juiced by hand or in a juicer
1 Tbs. fresh ginger juice, or 1 tsp. finely minced fresh ginger
Pinch cayenne pepper
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly, and take as a shot.
