Chocolate-Cherry Smoothie

Sweet and creamy with a light tang from the yogurt and cherries, this nutrient-dense smoothie makes a quick breakfast and can help promote weight loss by keeping you nourished and satisfied through lunch.
1 cup organic nonfat Greek yogurt, plain
1/2 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
1 1/2 cups frozen cherries, partially thawed
1/4 avocado, peeled and pitted
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (such as whey, pea, or brown rice)
1-2 Tbs. raw cacao powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Optional: 1 scoop green foods powder
Optional: Stevia to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Serve immediately.
