- 1 medium Serrano chili, seeded and minced
- 11/2 oz. tequila
- 1 Tbs. agave nectar
- 1 fresh ginger slice, for garnish
Preparation
- Place 6 oz. lukewarm water in cup. Combine tea leaves, yerba maté, dried peach, and ground ginger in tea linen or ball, and place in cup with water. Let brew 10 minutes, agitating from time to time, and remove sachet/ball.
