All-American GoodPop Berry Granita Parfaits GoodPop Hibiscus Mint bars add a gourmet touch to this lovely summer dessert, made with Greek yogurt, honey, and fresh strawberries.

  • Serves 4Servings


  • 6 GoodPop Hibiscus Mint bars, removed from sticks & cut into chunks

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled & sliced

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

  • 2 tsp. fresh Meyer lemon juice

  • 2 Tbs. honey

  • 4 Tbs. vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt, stirred

  • 4 tall, narrow glasses, chilled in the freezer

  • Mint sprigs, for garnish


  1. Combine strawberries, blueberries, lemon juice, and honey in medium bowl, and stir lightly. In food processor, pulse GoodPop bars briefly to produce thick slush.
  2. Layer GoodPop slush and berry mixture alternately in chilled glasses to make two layers each; top each with 1 Tbs. yogurt, garnish with mint sprigs, and serve immediately.
