Makes about 12 bars

½ cup raw almonds
1 cup chopped dates
¼ cup shredded coconut
¼ cup pumpkin seeds

  1. Put all ingredients in food processor, and pulse 30 seconds. 
  2. Roll mixture into ball and spread into 8 X 8-inch pan lined with wax paper. 
  3. Allow to set 10-15 minutes, and cut into 12 bars.
