Jo’s Super Green Smoothie recipe

Ingredients

  • 1½ cup water
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cucumber, cut into chunks
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 stalks celery, cut into chunks
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro
  • ½ cup fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
  • 1 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and cut into chunks

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately!
