Jo’s Super Green Smoothie recipe
- 1½ cup water
- ½ cup crushed ice
- 1 cup spinach
- ½ cucumber, cut into chunks
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 2 stalks celery, cut into chunks
- ½ cup fresh cilantro
- ½ cup fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
- 1 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and cut into chunks
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately!
