  • 1/2 cup each shredded carrot

  • ½ cup 2% plain Greek-style yogurt

  • ½ cup double-strength chai green tea (such as Yogi Tea)

  • 1 Tbs. minced fresh ginger

Preparation

Blend all ingredients in blender, and enjoy.
