Matcha Tea Coconut Latte

Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup filtered water
  • 1 tsp. matcha
  • ¼ tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. raw honey or liquid stevia, to taste

Preparation

  1. Heat coconut milk and water in a small pot over medium high heat until hot, but not boiling.
  2. Pour coconut-water mixture into blender, add remaining ingredients, and blend until frothy.
  3. Pour into mug and enjoy!
