12 slices low-sodium turkey breast

6 organic skim-milk mozzarella sticks, cut in half

12 large fresh basil leaves

12 sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, thinly sliced

Toothpicks

  1. Lay out a slice of turkey. Top with two basil leaves, and a sprinkling of sun-dried tomatoes. Lay a piece of mozzarella sideways at one end. Starting at that end, tightly roll turkey slice, and secure with a toothpick. Repeat with other slices. Store in fridge.
