Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk or plant milk
  • ΒΌ-1 tsp. Midnight Milk Powder, to taste
  • Honey, to taste

Preparation

  1. In small saucepan, heat 1 cup milk until warm. Be careful not to scald or cook milk.
  2. Pour milk into a mug, and stir in Midnight Milk Powder.
  3. Sweeten with honey, and drink in the evening or as part of a bedtime snack.
