Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1/3 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 banana
  • 3 Tbs. Vanilla VeganSmart
  • 1 Tbs. water
  • 1/2 Tbs. flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbs. coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Blend ingredients in food processor, then pour batter into muffin tins.
  2. Bake at 350° for 10–12 minutes.
