Peachy Keen Coconut Smoothie
Here’s a recipe that contains both heart-healthy monounsaturated fats and some MCTs, balanced out with the other macronutrients (proteins and carbs) for a delicious and heart-healthy snack.

Ingredients
- ¼ medium avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup frozen peach slices
- ½ cup light coconut milk
- 1 Tbs. pumpkin seeds
- Ice, as needed
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth, adding ice as desired. Enjoy!
