Pineapple Pom
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 Tbs. chia seeds
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Drink immediately.
