Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 Tbs. chia seeds

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Drink immediately.
