Ingredients
1/3 cup milk or nut milk, plus more to thin
1/3 cup pumpkin purée, chilled
1/3 cup plain organic yogurt
1 Tbs. maple syrup
½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup packed organic spinach
½ banana, peeled, cut into pieces, and frozen, or ½ fresh banana (use fresh for a thinner smoothie)
1 Tbs. MCT oil
2 ice cubes
Preparation
- Add all smoothie ingredients to blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Thin with additional milk or water if desired.
- Serve immediately.
