Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup milk or nut milk, plus more to thin

  • 1/3 cup pumpkin purée, chilled

  • 1/3 cup plain organic yogurt

  • 1 Tbs. maple syrup

  • ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice

  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1 cup packed organic spinach

  • ½ banana, peeled, cut into pieces, and frozen, or ½ fresh banana (use fresh for a thinner smoothie)

  • 1 Tbs. MCT oil

  • 2 ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Add all smoothie ingredients to blender. 
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. 
  3. Thin with additional milk or water if desired. 
  4. Serve immediately.
