Spinach Green Goddess Dressing

Spinach Green Goddess Dressing recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup firmly packed spinach, stems removed
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup chopped chives
- 3 Tbs. olive oil
- 3 anchovies (optional)
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. monk fruit (or sweetener of your choice)
- 1/4 tsp. lemon zest
- 2–3 tsp. green foods powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Place all ingredients into blender, and blend until smooth.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. Store up to 3 days in the fridge.
