Spinach Green Goddess Dressing

Spinach Green Goddess Dressing recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup firmly packed spinach, stems removed
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped chives
  • 3 Tbs. olive oil
  • 3 anchovies (optional)
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. monk fruit (or sweetener of your choice)
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon zest
  • 2–3 tsp. green foods powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Store up to 3 days in the fridge.
