  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 cup sunflower butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 2–3 Tbs. hemp seeds
  • 2–3 Tbs. ground flax seeds
  • 2–3 Tbs. ground chia seed


  1. In large bowl, combine almond butter, sunflower butter, and honey. Beat with a handheld mixer until well-mixed and creamy.
  2. Stir in goji berries, hemp seeds, ground flax, and ground chia. Mix well.
