8 slices whole-grain & seed bread
4 Tbs. cranberry relish
3/4 lb. sliced turkey breast
1/2 avocado, sliced
Handful of daikon sprouts
Divide bread among four plates. On each plate, spread one slice with 1 Tbs. cranberry relish, and the other with a smear of Dijon mustard. Layer 1/4 of the turkey, 1/4 of the avocado, and daikon sprouts on each Dijon slice, and top each with cranberry bread slice. Anchor each sandwich with two toothpicks, and cut in half to serve.
