Turmeric, Cayenne, and Lemon Shot

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup turmeric powder

  • ½ tsp. ground black pepper

  • ½ cup water

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in small pot, and heat over medium-low heat. 
  2. Whisk or stir until mixture forms a very thick paste, about 5 minutes. 
  3. Transfer to glass jar, and store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. 
  4. To use, take ¼ tsp. twice per day, or incorporate into another recipe.
