Ingredients
- 1 15-oz. can chickpeas at room temperature
- 2 Tbs. extra-fine cane sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
- Open beans and drain liquid into bowl of standing mixer; be sure to get as much liquid out of the can as possible. Reserve beans for another use.
- Beat on high 10-12 minutes, until soft peaks form. With mixer still running, add sugar and vanilla, and beat 1 minute more. Serve immediately.
