½ cup canned coconut milk, chilled overnight
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (from carton, not canned)
3 Medjool dates, pitted
1/8 tsp. vanilla bean seeds
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
3 Tbs. unsweetened shredded coconut
1 Tbs. coconut butter
5 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy!
