Ingredients
- 12 chicken wings
- 2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. Real Salt kosher salt
- 4 Tbs. safflower oil, divided
- 1/3 cup Crown Applewood Smoked Maple Syrup
- 1/3 cup Frank’s Hot Sauce
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut tips off wings, and cut wings in half at the joint.
In large bowl, combine wings with spices, salt, and 2 Tbs. safflower oil, and toss to coat thoroughly. In separate small bowl, whisk together remaining safflower oil, syrup, and hot sauce.
Spread wings on parchment-lined baking pan—don’t crowd them, use two pans if necessary. Brush with glaze, and place in oven. Roast 15 minutes, basting twice. Then turn, baste, and cook 10 minutes more, basting once. Remove from oven, baste one last time, and serve.
