Ingredients
¼ cup turmeric powder
½ tsp. ground black pepper
½ cup water
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in small pot, and heat over medium-low heat.
- Whisk or stir until mixture forms a very thick paste, about 5 minutes.
- Transfer to glass jar, and store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
- To use, take ¼ tsp. twice per day, or incorporate into another recipe.
